Mid-Altitude Circuit Trail on Vitosha

Last Saturday we hiked along the mid-altitude circuit trail on Vitosha - a fairly easy trail with no peaks, up and down the mid-height of the mountain, across Dragalevska and other smaller rivers and by a few shelters and huts.

:We parked the car at the start of the trail and soon came to the crossing of Dragalevska river, where we took photos of my new tank top

:This part of the mountain is called Kamen Del (the Stony Part) for a good reason - as a result of glacier activities millions of years ago parts of the mountain are covered with moraines, true stony deserts.

Hike info:

Destination: Momina skala hut
Mountain: Vitosha
Total length: 12.4 km
Elevation gain: 230 m
Total duration (plus picnic and rests): 4 hours
Average difficulty: 3 / 10

Me-made items, worn on this hike:

I: lingerie, Shkatulka Tank Top, Sabrina Slims, hoodie in the backpack
