Cheese Pastries

I came up with these yesterday and they vanished in a blink of an eye. So today I made another, improved with yoke and sesame portion. A perfect snack for beer or ayran .

1 packet of leafy pastry 
1 yoke 

Cut the pastry in half and crumble the cheese on one of the halves:

  Cover with the other half of the pastry and cut into straps:

Cover the straps with yoke and sesame:

 Twist and arrange on a baking tin:


I'm writing this post with a stomach, delightfully full with pastries and beer.
Minutes after these pictures were taken the family gathered around the table
and the pastries were gone :)
