A simple breakfast recipe, borrowed from Clementintje:
All you need is a package of puff pastry ("thousand leaves") dough, sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the dough, spread some sugar and cinnamon to your taste, wrap the dough into a roll and cut it into 6-8 mm circles. Bake in an oven at 220 C for 20 min. Serve cold with milk or tea. Bon Appétit!
