HAPPY EASTER!!!
The preparations for this year's Easter were very much a repetition of last year's - Gaby and I made again a baked basket for Easter eggs and two types of Easter cakes. I'm very happy with the recipe for the sweeter cakes and I'll probably blog about it in a separate posting, as it makes very delicious buns too.
